Ready to feel confident and in control of your money?
If you've been avoiding your finances because they feel overwhelming or unclear, the Financial Snapshot Session is a supportive, shame-free way to finally see what's actually going on—and walk away with a simple plan for what's next.
Annie Hanson, Accredited Financial Counselor® · Trusted by women who've been avoiding their finances and are ready for a fresh start.
This is for you if:
You know you need to do something with your finances, but you have no idea where to start.
You might be:
Avoiding looking at your accounts
Unsure where your money is actually going
Feeling anxious about money, even when you make good money
Tired of trying budgeting apps that never stick
Worried about falling back into debt
Thinking, "I should be better at this by now"
You're not bad with money—you just need a better system.
Why nothing else has worked yet
Here's what I see in my work with women on their money:
You already know the basics. Spend less than you earn. Pay down debt. Save for the future. You've read the articles. You've downloaded the apps. You've started over more times than you can count.
The thing that's been missing isn't more information or more discipline. It's seeing your actual money—your real numbers, your real patterns, your real life—laid out in a way that finally makes sense.
That's the piece that's been missing. Once you can see your money clearly, everything else gets easier.
What happens in a Financial Snapshot Session?
This is a 1:1 session where we look at your finances together and help you understand exactly what's going on—so you can stop guessing and start feeling in control.
Here's what we'll do together:
Review your income, spending, and accounts
Identify where your money is actually going (most clients are surprised)
Spot patterns that may be creating stress, confusion, or holding you back
Clarify what's actually important to focus on—and what isn't
Map out simple next steps so you know exactly what to do moving forward
The biggest difference from anything else you've tried? This isn't generic advice, and you're not doing this alone.
I look at your actual numbers, your actual life, and help you build a plan that fits the way you really live. You don't have to figure out how to apply general advice to your specific situation—that's what I'm here for.
I also do the analysis for you. You’ll give me some information, but you don't need to organize everything beforehand, figure out what your numbers mean, or come prepared with a plan. You just need to show up.
No judgment. No pressure. No expectation that you've done anything "perfectly."

No. We'll start with a free 20-minute call where I'll learn about your situation and answer your questions. If you decide to book a Snapshot Session, I'll walk you through exactly what I need from you (a short questionnaire and three months of transaction data). I do the analysis before our session, so you don't have to come prepared with anything figured out.

It's a relaxed 20-minute conversation. I'll ask about what's going on with your money and what you're hoping to figure out. You can ask me anything you want about how I work or what the Snapshot Session would look like. If it feels like a good fit, we'll get you booked. If not, no problem at all—you'll leave with a clearer sense of what you might need next.
-
Completely normal—and completely safe here. I've worked with women in every kind of financial situation, and I promise nothing you share will surprise or shock me. My approach is shame-free, period.
