Don’t know where to start with your debt—or what to do next?

Break Free From Debt is a 6-week group coaching program for women who are feeling overwhelmed with debt and are exhausted from trying to figure it out on their own.

You know you need to deal with your debt.

Maybe you’ve Googled debt payoff strategies, made a spreadsheet, or tried to put as much money toward it as possible.

But it still feels like you’re drowning and you’re not sure what to do.

Every attempt to figure it out leaves you feeling more confused than ever.

Should you:

  • Focus on the smallest balance or the highest interest rate?

  • Use your savings to pay off debt or keep it for emergencies?

  • Consolidate with a personal loan or use one of those debt settlement companies?

  • Cut expenses, increase your income, or both?

  • File for bankruptcy?

It feels like everyone has an opinion, and the more advice you read, the harder it is to know what applies to your situation.

And underneath all of these questions is this feeling of:

"I should have this figured out by now."

You're not alone in that. Not even close.

The women I work with are smart, capable, successful in so many areas of their lives. But when it comes to debt, they often feel overwhelmed, ashamed, and stuck in a cycle of second-guessing every financial decision.

That's exactly why I created this program.

The Missing Piece Isn't More Debt Advice

Most women I work with already know the basics.

They know they should pay down debt. They've read articles, listened to podcasts, watched videos, and tried different strategies.

What they're missing isn't information.

It's clarity.

A way to cut through all the conflicting advice, understand their options, and create a plan that actually fits their life.

Because getting out of debt isn't just about knowing what to do.

It's about knowing what to do next given your situation, goals, and priorities.

That's exactly why I created this program.

Hi, I’m Annie!

I’m an Accredited Financial Counselor® and founder of Mindfully Money.

I help women get out of debt and feel calm and in control of their money. No shame, no extreme budgets, no pretending this stuff is easy. Just practical guidance, real support, and a plan that actually fits your life.

Break Free From Debt is a 6-week live group coaching program. We meet weekly on Zoom, and each session builds on the last so you leave with a complete debt payoff plan you actually understand and feel good about.

Over six weeks, you'll go from overwhelmed to in control. Here’s what we’ll cover:

Week 1: Get Grounded

Before we touch a single number, we'll reconnect with why this matters to you, let go of the shame you've been carrying, and stop new debt from piling on. You'll leave with a clear reason to keep going when it gets hard.

Week 2: Know Your Numbers

We'll take an honest, judgment-free look at where your money actually goes — because you can't change what you won't look at. Most people find money they didn't know they had.

Week 3: Build Your Plan

You'll build a personalized payoff plan, see your real debt-free date, and learn how much interest you'll save. We'll also set up a small emergency cushion that keeps debt from returning.

Week 4: Find More Money

Freeing up money for debt doesn't have to mean feeling deprived. We'll work on mindset and habits that make spending changes actually stick so that you can make progress faster.

Week 5: Accelerate Your Progress

The honest truth about consolidation, balance transfers, debt settlement, and the rest: what genuinely helps, what to avoid, and how to use these tools to your advantage.

Week 6: Make It Last

Real life happens, and setbacks are part of the process. You'll leave with a concrete plan for the hard moments — so a slip never turns into giving up — and a clear path for what comes next.

Here’s What’s Included:

6 weekly live Zoom sessions (recorded if you can't make one)

Live interactive coaching sessions where I’ll walk you through the exact steps you need to take and answer your questions.

A private community group for support between sessions

You’ll be able to ask me questions in the group and get support, ideas, and accountability from other members.

Worksheets and resources for each week

Access all of the tools, calculators, worksheets and more that will help you create your plan, evaluate the numbers, and stay on track.

 FAQs

Debt is heavy. But it doesn't have to feel like something you just live with forever.

You don't need to figure this out alone, and you don't need a perfect plan before you start. You just need a place to start — and people who will actually help you keep going.

That's what this is.
